- True leadership is selfless, a reflection of a Higher will.
- Malchut manifests the actualized character and majesty of the human spirit.
- Know who we are, that we matter, and that we make a difference.
- We can be leaders in our own right, with independence, confidence, certainty and authority.
Day 43: Sundown Tuesday May 15 to sundown Wednesday May 16, 2007 - Loving kindness
- An effective leader is warm and considerate.
- Do I impose my authority on others?
- Do something kind for my subordinates.
Day 44: Sundown Wednesday May 16 to sundown Thursday May 17, 2007 - Discipline
- Balance love with discipline.
- Leadership is built on authority and discipline.
- Determine the area where you have jurisdiction and authority.
- Am I aware of my limitations as well as my strengths?
- Do I respect the authority of others?
Day 45: Sundown Thursday May 17 to sundown Friday May 18, 2007 - Compassion
- A good leader is compassionate.
- Harmony is critical for successful leadership.
- Am I organized?
- Do I manage a smooth-running operation?
- Do I have difficulty delegating power?
- Do I coordinate the goals and efforts of my team?
Day 46: Sundown Friday May 18 to sundown Saturday May 19, 2007 - Endurance
- A leader's success is tested by their endurance level.
- Will and determination reflect the power and majesty of the human spirit.
- How confident am I in myself?
- Is my lack of endurance a result of low self-esteem?
- Act on something you believe in, but have been tentative about.
Day 47: Sundown Saturday May 19 to sundown Sunday May 20, 2007 - Humility
- Do I appreciate the exceptional gift of the sovereignty of each individual?
- Am I am arrogant leader?
- Do I appreciate the special qualities with which I have been blessed?
Day 48: Sundown Sunday May 20 to sundown Monday May 21, 2007 - Bonding
- Healthy independence should not prevent me from bonding with another person.
- Self-confidence allows me to respect and trust another's sovereignty.
- Do I recognize that fear of bonding reflects a lack of self-confidence in my own sovereignty?
- Do I discuss my fear of compromising my boundaries with those I bond with?
Day 49: Sundown Monday May 21 to sundown Tuesday May 22, 2007 - Nobility
- Am I aware of my uniqueness as a person?
- Am I aware of my personal contribution?
